Hi, and welcome to my page!
I’m Lucila, a professional and certified English teacher with long experience teaching this language I love so much to students with different goals and needs. I fell in love with English back in the 90’s when I lived in California, in the US. I made a living teaching Spanish to high school students there. A few years later and already back in Brazil I worked very hard to learn the best teaching methodologies, select and create quality material, and design a personalized study plan for each student's needs. What I like most about being a teacher is seeing my students’ progress. Seeing students express themselves clearly and fluently in their jobs and trips, and getting excellent scores on their proficiency tests is my best reward.
Do you want to speak English fluently and with confidence? Do you have the feeling that reading and listening are easier than speaking? That’s absolutely normal when you don’t practice speaking. But don’t worry, practice makes it better! My classes are communicative so that you can gain confidence in your way to fluency.
